It ...Ditto the others on the basket/brush solution! It is in a red container, I believe it is called Connoisseurs (did I spell that right? haha). Jewelry stores usually have it, but better yet, Target and Walmart carry it for about $3.99. My mom bought hers at Jared for $6, and then we walked into Walmart and found it for cheaper a few days later...so I bought a tub! I love it...and YES be careful with the ultrasonic thing...I have micropave stones on my ring and they advised me to not use anything like that because it has the potential to shake the stones loose...yikes!Katiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01971232144056105034noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6966139944128813111.post-4221425077529143152009-12-16T09:20:30.722-08:002009-12-16T09:20:30.722-08:00Like Choco Lover, I have the same kind of jewelry ...Like Choco Lover, I have the same kind of jewelry cleaner with the basket and brush. I drop it in there on Monday mornings before I head to work and it sparkles it up nicely. Here's a little something I know most brides don't do but something to think about to keep the kittys away from it: I take my ring off as soon as I get home from work and know I'll be staying in for the rest of the night. I don't sleep with my ring on because I don't want the sheets or pillows to pull at the center stone and loosen it. So I put it on a little ring holder on my nightstand every night and then put it on in the morning as soon as I'm done showering and putting on my facial moisturizers and such. This keeps it free from the lotion, soap, etc. scummy stuff. And since I don't wear it to bed, I just usually take it off right when I get home from work. That way, when I'm cooking dinner, I'm not getting it grimy from the kitchen stuff, food, etc. I know most girls don't do that but if you did, you wouldn't have to worry about kittys :)Born to be Mrs. Beeverhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10186370322714278012noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6966139944128813111.post-43819196314472904412009-12-16T08:45:04.459-08:002009-12-16T08:45:04.459-08:00Aw. But mine is in a little pot with a small basket and brush. You drop it in the basket and leave it for a few mins to dissolve the dirt and then use the brush to scrub it a bit. Makes it shiny! I think you can just go to any jewelery store and get some more when you run out. At best they'll charge you $10 for itChocolate Loverhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11301400033914265735noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6966139944128813111.post-21815570882270061192009-12-15T11:35:02.414-08:002009-12-15T11:35:02.414-08:00That is so cute! To keep my ring sparkly I always take a shower with it on; I know you aren't suppose to, but it has been just fine for over a year now.Genevievehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15114470928606653653noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6966139944128813111.post-6214853644231596912009-12-15T11:29:18.132-08:002009-12-15T11:29:18.132-08:00I had the same problem but my jeweler said to use ...I had the same problem but my jeweler said to use a simple window cleaner solution and a soft toothbrush. Othewise, I do what you do with the cleaner. The appraiser we went to told me to use warm, soapy water and a baby's toothbrush for cleaning it at home. Your cats are so cute!Kimhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04724896577355920828noreply@blogger.com
